Yesterday I had to go out with my Najel to buy her graduation dress. So out we went to SM Dasmarinas! My friend Grace came along because I went with her to see a lawyer to consult about her problem with her brother. But she ended up consulting with my lawyer friend Atty. Cabe 🙂
Grace is a friend from way back our elementary days at the O.B. Montessori Center in Sta. Ana, Manila. We got reconnected about nine years back, when I was still living in Muntinlupa. And now, we live near each other in Cavite!
Anyways, she treated us to Starbucks, which is her favorite Coffee Shop.
Bunso was able to buy her graduation dress at the SM Department store.
On our way home, we dropped Grace at her house where we all ate Halo-Halo and some kikiam and squid balls for bunso. And it was delicious! The Php25.00 price was worth it!
And because the dress needed some repair, we went to the dressmaker and got our dresses repaired. (we got them back today, and they are perfect!)
I started work at Bizmates last February 23, as a Business English Trainer. The rate is better than the other online ESL company. And the students are Japanese professionals, unlike in other companies where they have younger students who are in pre-school. So, I am really enjoying this new job. 🙂
Although, of course it is not that financially rewarding, it pays for the bills. And I love the flexibility of the schedule. I envy the other trainers who are teaching full time, because they earn sufficient amount of income from this job. But I cannot do this full time because of my other commitments.
One day, I will be at a place where I am already enjoying financial freedom! Soon!
