My weekend turned out to be a busy one.

First I attended a Real Estate Talk from Coach Levin Rio at the SM Megamall.
The talk was from 5pm to 9pm, but we finished around 9:30pm, because of all the picture taking.
It was a very enlightening talk and it was FREE! After that talk, he offered a Masterclass which I initially wanted to attend, but… because of financial and schedule constraints, I had to re-schedule at a future date.
Well, hopefully he gives another masterclass in the future.
This is all about building a passive income thru building your multi-family apartment rental.

Our company, Rellphils Real Estate Services Corp. was at the event to broaden our knowledge and at the same time a meeting too.

And then on Saturday, I was a Ninang to the Christian baptism of my nephew, Enzo!
It was a double celebration because it was also his First Birthday!

All the while I was with my business partner, Lorie, she was very supportive and I slept at her place at Cityland Condominium at Ortigas.

And, to end my weekend… Sunday was Family Day!

We went to visit my grandchildren! And their Daddy’s birthday is today.

Also me and bunso went to her dentist for her braces adjustment at Echano Dental Clinic in Zapote-Alabang,

Well, such an exciting and fun filled weekend!
