I think we’re halfway there. Not nearly over, but i believe in my heart that we are getting there.

Although today is the 5th and i saw that we had 152 new cases today, it is still (for me) a good number.

There will be a mass testing scheduled on April 14th, i think for all the PUIs and PUMs. This is a good thing. 🙏

After more than two weeks, i finally went for groceries again yesterday. And may i say that it’s really quite difficult, at first, to breathe while wearing a mask. But later on i got used to it and don’t feel that much suffocated anymore. 😊

Some of my finds during my short stint “outside”. These chocolate mangoes are not as good as the ones i tasted in Cebu (right?) or is it Davao? Anyways, it’s quite pricey too. 😥 But still, bunso and i enjoyed it.

And this new stainless casserole is to replace the one i bought just a few months back, it cracked, i don’t know if it’s because of the heat or it’s just really not durable. 😡

The two rations from the Barangay and the Mayor’s office, i gave to our Village guards earlier. And they are so thankful because they said they cannot go home to their families at this time. There were about six kilos of rice and almost ten pieces of canned goods and some noodles. My heart leaped seeing them so happy. 🙏

I also gave a small amount to Ms. Dolores, the one in charge of the Home for the Aged named Kalingap in Tagaytay.

I promise to Him that I will give back as much as I can to those in need. I know how it is to be less privileged 😢 Been there, done that. And i thank Papa God now for all the blessings. 🙏 I may not be rich, but at least now i can make both ends meet. And soon, will have more to save and to give back to His people. I believe we are created that way, to be blessed so that we could be a blessing to others. 🙏

Praying that this soon be under control, and that people be back to work again and be able to feed their families. Hoping too that after this, Filipinos will now be more disciplined and responsible with their everyday actions.
