It’s my second day doing LCIF again. What is LCIF? It’s Low Carbs Intermittent Fasting. This helped me to lose 10kls of weight. And since i gained back 4 kls in just 1 month, i have to go back to my old ways again… 😊 doing LCIF

So, when you are doing the diet, you need electrolytes to help maintain your energy. Because at first there will be a lot of uncomfortable feelings. Like nausea, headache, etc.
And hopefully when all this Covid 19 is over, i could go back to the gym to firm up. 😊
